Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that our time and services are respected, for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. (exceptions can be made in certain circumstances if communicated with us…. believe me, we get it, stuff happens!) and for no-call, no-show clients, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file.
